A complete lobby renovation consisted of an ADA conversion of both public bathrooms, along with new carpet, tile and paint. The showstopper is the front desk overhaul. A recycled leather veneer was installed as an inset into existing molding, paired with a new white quartz countertop, effecting a patriotic red, white and blue theme at this resort in Colonial Williamsburg, VA.

This ocean front residence was taken down to the studs after suffering water damage. Custom cabinetry was installed in the kitchen as well as each of the three full bathrooms. New oak flooring was laid throughout and an epoxy floor added in the basement. A revolving entry door married the mud room to a grand foyer featuring custom millwork to showcase the homeowner’s art collection.
